Welcome to PushBrigade ("we," "our," or "us"). PushBrigade is a comprehensive marketing and audience management SaaS platform developed and operated by AdeptStation Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India. PushBrigade enables businesses to manage audiences, create and schedule email campaigns, plan and publish social media content, send push notifications, and run multi-channel marketing campaigns — all from a single platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our SaaS platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using PushBrigade, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account & Personal Information
When you register for or use PushBrigade, we may collect:
Full name
Email address
Company name and contact details
Billing information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details)
Profile settings and preferences
2.2 Social Media Account Data
To enable social media campaign management and scheduling, PushBrigade may collect:
OAuth access tokens and credentials for connected social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn)
Social media account identifiers, page/profile names, and audience metadata
Post performance metrics, engagement data, and follower demographics shared by the connected platforms
Content you create, schedule, publish, or queue via PushBrigade (posts, captions, media, scheduled times)
We access social media accounts only with your explicit authorization and in accordance with the terms of each respective platform.
2.3 Push Notification Tokens
If you use PushBrigade's push notification features:
We collect and store device push tokens (APNs, FCM, or web push tokens) associated with your subscribers
Subscriber consent records and opt-in/opt-out preferences
Device type and OS information (where applicable) for delivery optimization
2.4 Usage & Analytics Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including:
Log data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
Feature usage patterns and campaign activity
Error reports and performance diagnostics
Session duration and click-stream data
This data is used to improve the platform and troubleshoot issues.
2.5 Subscriber Data (Your Audience)
As an audience management platform, PushBrigade processes data about your subscribers on your behalf. This includes email addresses, push tokens, segment tags, and engagement history that you import or collect through your use of the Service. You are the data controller for your subscriber data; PushBrigade acts as a data processor.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
Provide and operate the Service — account management, audience segmentation, campaign creation, scheduling, and delivery across email, social media, and push notifications
Enable social media integrations — connect, schedule, and manage posts across your authorized social accounts
Power email campaign features — compose, schedule, send, and track email campaigns to your audiences
Improve and develop the platform — analyze usage patterns, fix bugs, and develop new features
Communicate with you — send product updates, billing notices, and support responses
Ensure security — detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
Comply with legal obligations — respond to lawful requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
We do not sell your personal data or your subscribers' data to third parties.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Social Media Platforms To execute campaigns via APIs you have authorized

We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill legal obligations.
Campaign & analytics data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 12 months after account closure, unless you request earlier deletion.
Push notification tokens are retained until your subscribers opt out or you delete them, or until your account is closed.
Social media tokens are deleted upon disconnection of the respective account or upon account closure.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
PushBrigade uses cookies and similar technologies to:
Maintain your authenticated session
Remember your preferences
Analyze platform usage via analytics tools
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
Access controls and role-based permissions
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Secure credential storage (OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest)
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
Restrict or object to certain processing activities
Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

9. Third-Party Social Media Platforms
PushBrigade integrates with third-party social media platforms (e.g., Meta, X Corp, LinkedIn). When you connect these accounts:
You are subject to the respective platform's privacy policy and terms of service
We receive only the data permissions you explicitly grant during the OAuth authorization
Revoking access on the platform's side will prevent PushBrigade from accessing that account
10. Children's Privacy
PushBrigade is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
11. International Data Transfers
PushBrigade's servers may be located outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to those locations. We take appropriate steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
